Our Mission

To equip mission-driven organizations, policymakers, and communities with the strategies, tools, and research necessary to advance equity-centered policies, dismantle systemic barriers, and drive measurable, people-first change at the local, state, and federal levels.

Our Vision

Equitable policy as a driver of health and justice.

"I lead with purpose, integrity, and strategy—grounded in community, driven by data, and committed to justice. I believe that policy is a powerful tool for transformation, and that true leadership requires listening deeply, acting boldly, and building coalitions that elevate those closest to the challenges as experts in the solution. I approach every challenge with curiosity, every engagement with humility, and every strategy with a commitment to systemic change. My work is fueled by faith, legacy, and the belief that we are called not just to serve—but to shift power."
